Here are just a few notes about Q&A Open Office etiquette:

Stacey lovingly takes her first call at the top of the scheduled hour and works to laser in that call’s specific question until it is completely answered within the allotted time. To give her the time to answer and engage with you, please prepare your question in advance and focus it in as carefully as possible to get to the meat of it in a very short period of time. The more focused you are on asking the more focused Stacey can be on pulling details and answering within the allotted time. Please understand when Stacey needs to end the call and be available for the next Lovie.

There is no voicemail on the Open Office line. If you get a busy signal, please hang up and call back for the Open Office extension only.

Hold Times: The hold time on the Open Office line times out after 15 minutes on hold. If you are on hold and time out, please just call back in and wait on hold.

If waiting on hold is not comfortable for you or you find it frustrating, then you have two choices – (1) Change your blueprint (take a look at your resistance set point and what you are willing to put in for what you want to get in life, who you are blaming, your state mastery and your expectations (2) change your life conditions – hang up. Either way, your actions are creating the results you will live in tomorrow….so choose wisely! Every life experience is happening for you!

Important: Please only use the Open Office extension. Dialing other extensions during this time is disruptive and we are not able to connect you with Stacey from the other extensions.

If you have any questions about the Open Office Hours process, please email our Client Care Manager at [email protected] and we will get them answered for you.

Thank you so much for your time and effort in helping us make the Open Office calls a wonderful experience for everyone.
