Just proves to me yet again that listening to these messages many times over results in more light bulbs switiching on, more aha moments and realisations that each time around the understanding deepens. I have heard this message over and whilst on the surface of it I believe that I am not a 'score keeper' in the all out sense, today I have a feeling that deep deep down, in the murky moments (that are definitely reducing in number and intesity at a remarkable speed!) there is this internal commentary of how my partners thoughts, actions, etc do not match mine and then I get reactionary (you know what I mean!). So my take home from this excellent bite-sized video is "100% in, no matter what comes back" and I am really looking forward to living that thought in the very moment that it is most needed!
