Liz joined the RDO Team in 2020 as Assistant Event Producer, bringing the multi-day live in-person and livestream online events to life. Liz is a powerful Event Producers. She not only has everything under control, but Liz brings her whole heart to everything during an event... to make sure that every student gets the best possible results from their immersion event.

Liz began as an RU Student in 2016.

Suzanne joined RDO in 2022 as team leader for our team of RU Master Mentors. She ensures that the RU Master Mentors have the support they need to serve our students in RelationshipU every day.

Adriana joined RDO in 2021 as RU Results Advisor, serving our RelationshipU students. She provides 1:1 Results Sessions for our students each month, to empower them to maximize their results in the RelationshipU program.

Kim joined the RDO team in 2019 and has had MANY roles here. Kim is extraordinarily capable and very dedicated. She has served on the marketing team, on the operations team, as a RelationshipU Results Advisor and as the Head of RU Results Advisors.

In 2021 she completed the rigorous 12-month training program in RU Coach Acadamy, graduated and passed her authorization to become an RU Coach.

Kim serves as an RU Coach to the RelationshipU students, providing 1:1 Breakthrough Coaching sessions as well as hosting and facilitating RU Circles for our students via Zoom.

Tiffany joined the RDO team in 2020 when she completed the rigorous 12-month training program in RU Coach Acadamy, graduated and passed her authorization to become an RU Coach.

Bren joined the RDO Team in 2020 as an RU Results Advisor, serving our RelationshipU students. In 2022 she became an RDO Advisor, serving families every day by helping them get clarity on what the dynamic is that they are facing and pointing them towards the solution that we offer that solves that specific dynamic.

Mark and his team have been responsible for the brand design, graphic design and physical product experience for Relationship Development since 2020. Every cartoon... that’s Mark’s team! All of our tool cards … brought to life by Mark’s team. And the RU Swag... that’s Mark’s team too!

Chris Benetti of Smart Author and Members Pro has been serving Relationship Development since 2017. Chris and his team handle our funnel builds, CRM, email management and MembersPro member’s area.

Brent and his amazing team at Valliant Studios are the power and brilliance behind every RDO Event. Both at our in-person events, domestic and international as well as the livestream events, that are hosted from Valliant Studios here in Boise, Idaho.

Brent, CJ, Thomas and everyone at Valliant design, engineer and produce all the Relationship Development live and livestream events. Brent is also the VOICE of RDO Events, serving as emcee and all around “life of the party” for RDO Events!

No event would be complete without Brent Berg!

Yara has been influencing the messaging at RDO since 2017. Yara’s agency is the copywriting team that helps to build out the RDO messaging with Stacey. Yara also serves with James & Stacey as the Marketing Council for RDO, bringing her brilliance & marketing vision forward to serve this MISSION by reaching more families.

Jessica joined the RDO Team in 2023 as the Team Leader for the RDO Enrollment Team. Jessica serves families every day by helping them get clarity on what the dynamic is that they are facing and pointing them towards the solution that we offer that solves that specific dynamic.

Jessica started as an RU student in 2020.

Jessica is a RelationshipU Level 3 Student.

Stephanie joined the RDO Team in 2021 as Content Developer. Stephanie brings her 3 decades of training development expertise to Relationship Development materials to help shape and build the online program curriculum. Stephanie’s primary role is as the content developer for RU Central, where she cataloguing, organizing and documenting the last 13 years of content from Stacey and Paul, to put it into the vision for RU Central that the Martino’s laid out.

Stephanie has been going through video footage of over 60 multi-day live events, 100s of hours of training videos and 1000s of hours of Q&A audios, in addition to tool cards, diagrams, frameworks and written materials... to compile and organize it into the step-by-step framework of RU Central that the Martino’s created.

As Stephanie says “I can’t believe I get paid to do this. I love my job. Every day is a dream”

Jade was the 3rd team member to join the Relationship Development Organization. Jade joined in 2014 and does the administration for all tech platforms that run RDO each day.

We have a saying at RDO “Jade Misses Nothing”. If there’s a hole in the plan, Jade will find it before it happens.

Amy was the 2nd team member to ever join Relationship Development, back in 2014. Amy was in RDO before Paul! Amy has done it all as RDO has grown from 3 people to over 40.

Today Amy is the head of Event Production for all 12 multi-day live events that Relationship Development holds. She is the Head Event Producer at every event, both in-person live and livestream.

Day to day, Amy is also the Asana Architect and head Project Manager for RDO. She keeps everything and everyone moving ahead, on time and on budget.

Amy started as an RU student in 2017.

Amy is also a RelationshipU Masters Student.

Kat joined RDO in 2019 as Stacey’s Executive Assistant. Kat is the head of Relationship Development Programs, including RelationshipU, RT Classroom and all other programs. She is also the executioner of Stacey’s concepts, inventions and creations. She is the HOW person, who brings Stacey’s developments to life. Kat is also the Gatekeeper, which means that everyone in RDO reports to Kat and Kat is the one who manages everything that comes to James, Paul and Stacey.

This organization runs because of Kat. Even when Paul and Stacey are working 90 hours a week... Kat works more. The RDO Mission is in her heart and soul.

Kat started as an RU student in 2015 when she came to Relationship Breakthrough Retreat without ever doing a program of ours before that event. As the story goes, she told her hubby Bryant “one day I’m going to work for that woman”... and we lived happily ever after!

Kat is a RelationshipU Masters Student.

James is passionate about this organization. Starting as head operations consultant in 2017, James has dramatically shaped RDO into the organization it is today. James took the position of Chief Executive Officer of Relationship Development in 2019 and through his leadership and vision, this mission has thrived!
